Well, the good news is here. They were very happy! The guy who coded it wasn't! They respected me for sucking it up in the past when they couldn't pay my salary on time because of the recession and I never bitched about it so I guess having some good karma in the bank paid off.
Also got payrise as a *factor* rather than % in the New Year coming <3 <3 <3 for keeping the business alive in the recession. I think this was> Thanks for the links and advice everyone
